Unethical and Scamming place - Beware! Not at all reliable place for your genuine watch to get repair. I went there to get my watch batter replace, the watch stops running within 2 months, went there and showed the bill, the attendant and the owner started accusing me that it is not our battery and we are cheating. Come-on guys seriously. The owner was not ready to take any blame and blamed me instead. Never go to this place guys. I will be reporting this consumer protection

Fantastic service from the team. When asked to create a engraved Collingwood logo onto 2 yeti’s if looked fantastic. The staff checked in every step of the way to ensure I was happy with the finished product. Highly recommend for yeti engravings. Was quick and very easy to deal with and great customer service by both the blokes I dealt with. Will recommend to anyone that wants the full customer service experience.

Very unprofessional, rude and poor customer service. Didn't provide a job receipt or take any job details down when I dropped off shoes for alteration (I gave my name and number but it wasn't taped to shoe box). Assured me they would be ready in 4 days and they would call me to collect. This didn't happen so I rang on day 5 and staff response was very rude and he couldn't tell me if my shoes were ready other than must be as I only have some sneakers here to do". I sent my partner to collect and the staff were again rude. Eventually found the shoes under a pile of other customers orders. The alteration was not done as requested and I'm not sure if further alteration is possible. Will being going back to ask for a refund. No time to order another pair before the event. Very disappointed."

Only needed a battery replaced, told it would be 20 mins but when i returned i was told quite rudely another 20mins required I rolled my eyes, (rude too I know but don't tell me around 20 mins then double the time!) However before I could go any further my watch was thrown back to me and I was abused for rolling my eyes. He was very rude and while I am happy to wait a short time, forty minutes for a battery seems excessive he should have told me that it was such a long wait from the beginning. I took my watch to another store. Cost less too. I have been served by him before and he is always surly.

Had my key cut within minutes staff are are easy to talk to I tried to get it done at Bunnings at both Darwin store no luck thankfully mister mint here to safe the day and again they have great customer service I ll be coming back again that's for sure

On Friday I was there doing a replica of car key and a gentleman did his job as well went to the car to fix out the key. With the new cut key I open the car door and it worked on first try itself. Unfortunately the key wasn’t working for the car which is fine so I waited a bit more to allow it to be fix. Afterwards went to grabbed the key and unfortunately now this time the door wasn’t opening with the second cut key and car was turning on. Couldn’t go back to fix it as had other top priorities to do.Came back on Saturday to fix it again and the gentleman asked me to leave it as they were busy. After an hour went to pick up but still wasn’t working.Came back again and a certain AARON stated that the key is fine and car door has some problem. I should go to bunning to get some powder to fix that.I paid $150 for a key that’s not working and asking me to fix this by myself. I was really annoyed as clearly he got no clue of his own policy about how a product should be when delivering to a customer and how he should try to fix it as well.Moving on he agitatedly grabbed the key and put it in a machine with two air press and asked me to try which I did and still not working. I came back he started again with his nonsense I asked for a refund as he can’t fix it neither he wants to. Had to give him a bit of education as he lacks it and the other employee stepped in and put some powdered in a plastic and explained what to do and come back if not fixed.Just want to highlight this is the very often that Aaron behave with people like that so he needs some proper training don’t think he can intimidate everyone with his pathetic attitude and knowledge.Thank you to the gentleman who helped a lot

Aaron, the guy serve me around for key cut. And he asked me to wait for 20 - 25 mins in a rude way. I came after 20 mins and i asked him, “my keys are done”. He just said to me, have you got yellow paper so that i can know which keys are you talking about in a rude way. I gave him paper and he said, he didnt get chance to do it another 10 mins. I was running late for work, so i said, politely i will do it next time and he just threw keys on me and intentionally and rudely. I would say either he is being racist as i am an asian or just need to learn the lesson to do proper customer service . Living in australia for 6 years, this is first time worst customer service from this guy. Will do again with mister mint as i have always done and everyone has been so nice but never going to be served by this guy.

When I went there to replaced my car keys battery. The attendant who called Arron was quite arrogant and rude with me. I don’t know if that was kind of racist judgement accused me didn’t use “please” which I definitely said “please “I have been working in hospitality for many years and I know what is called MANNER !He had really cocky attitude and he is the one should go back to learn what is MANNER!Plus.. the batter doesn’t work !! They changed wrong battery for my car key!
