How can you live with yourself Alex Mintorn - McGrath WahroongaSelling a property that has on going mould issues, asbestos in the eves, plumbing issues in the ensuite, erosion around the pool area, Air conditioner that does not function properly(will not fully cool or heat the premises) illegal electrical wiring within the premises, water damage from poor roof plumbing,It’s disgusting that Agents have no remorse and no guilt on selling homes with health issues to families and selling them an on going money pit.I hope you have checked with council as this property is u der review with them for substantial building standards.
