RSEA Safety Sunshine (Clearance)

Went to buy boots on sale for my worker today and was told that I couldn’t return them if they didn’t fit him as they were on sale, I told the lady that was illegal under Australian consumer law she had to refund them she said as they are a clearance item she did t have to, obviously I left the store without purchasing them don’t have time to teach a staff member who was clearly the manager of a retail store the rules thought that would of been common knowledge in her field. Won’t be shopping there ever again

In need of some essentials. I headed into the store, mask on of course and was elated to see the hand sanitiser and log in book. Was very promptly asked if I was in need of assistance by both staff members, which was great. They both had me sorted in a matter of minutes. Boots, pants and jackets at the ready at the counter, I paid and thanked the staff for their stellar performance and proceeded to log out from store. Best experience I've had at any RSEA store. Keep up the great work.

Bargain bonanza, deals everywhere. Big shop, and packed full of work ware. Some dedicated parking for the shop it self other wise your stealing bursons car parks.Shop closes at 5pm, how do you expect tradies to get there to shop, when we also finish at 5. I had to take a day off so I could come here to shopOn a main road so traffic can be quite busy, plan ahead.

I have no problem with my purchase especially with the clearance items I got but my issue is with one of the staff an older woman which I heard was called Sandy who was rude to us when we were still browsing around the store I think she was mad about the mess made by other shoppers but she thought we were responsible for it. My husband is a tradie but we will be going to other stores from now on.

Went there in Lockdown, wearing mask of-course 3 staff girls standing next to each other and chatting like no tomorrow, I was asked If I need help and I just asked if they have this size in these pants, and I was told no we don’t have any, she didn’t suggested me any other similar pants or anything instead she literally told me just because of this covid thing we’re trying to have limited customers in the store, I was still browsing and how could you stay in the store if they’re literally kicking you out and I kid you not, I was the only customer in the whole store.Went to laverton store after, they had about 5-6 customers and I was treated the right way a customer should be treated.Sunshine store is the first RSEA store, I have seen with this kind of customer services.

Plenty of workwear safety apparelSome items are pretty cheap like pants $10but the catch is they don't have all sizes.Very clean shop, if you want a bargain, go here.

Good range of safety gear. Some limited sizes due to being a clearance store but still very well covered.Was helped and served by Sandy. She is fantastic and a real asset to the store.Recommending to work colleagues

Good range of womens boots. So many to choose from but decided on a pair of Steel Blue that fit perfectly. Went in a Tuesday. The lady at the store was friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me out to find a good pair.

I went to the store (01/10 Friday) to buy some work clothes. The two ladies who serve us were the best. They were super supportive and friendly. After we purchased lots of clothes, one of the ladies gave us the great discount. Please go there and check out the store.Thank you
