Karen is friendly and happy and knowledgeable. She always goes above and beyond for her customers. The shop is full of interesting and exciting things for gifts or to spoil yourself. Go on in and take a look around you never know unless you go.

Fabulous service and products. Would highly recommend them for all your packaging needs.

I walked into Viva Books this morning (10th December 21) and found two beautiful crochet books. I intend to make some things from the books very soon. The service from the staff was fantastic and friendly. I will be going back again.

Had a great variety of christmas lights and they were all good price.

We were convinced we needed two professional packers that would take max three hours to pack our kitchen. They were to arrive at 7am with the removalist would follow at 9am by which time most of the kitchen would be packed . They were also to have all packaging with them . They arrived late and one was training the other not only how to pack but also helping her with spelling ( the trainee was designated to write on all the boxes ) .English was not her native language and needed help with spelling . During their service we also discovered that they had not brought any portarobes and run out of boxes . The 3 hrs ended up being 6 hrs . The firm had also convinced me that it would be better if we were to have two trucks one 12T and one 2T and four removalists . This was to do a quick and efficent lift as we had many pot plants that could not be stacked . The trucks and removalists arrived on time . They did not seem to have anyone in charge. I was told afterwards that the first to arrive was their lead driver. Three were ok ( definitely no speed there ) . The fourth hardly did any work as he was too busy reading his messages or disapearing in different toilets or just sitting in the truck. By 1pm they had filled the big truck and decided they would not use the second truck but they would take both trucks to the storage where it was to be unloaded . They finished unloading just after 3pm . They returned to our house and decided to have their half hour break (which they are entitled to ). After they had their half hour and just before 4pm they acknowledged that they will not be able to finish the job and especially since the storage facility had to close at 4.45 pm. Two removalists arrived the next day at 7am and completed the job by 11am . The service was below average. There were many unfullfilled promises e.g. everything will be cling wrapped when they were not; hence why our expensive mattress was torn . All pillows were put in the truck as they were. Some with covers and some without covers; a most unprofessional performance; and please do not even think about talking to the manager about your issues, as you will get a barrage of accusations and threats. Needless to say the bill was higher than we anticipated . We ended up paying it, as the stress of communicating with the manager was way too much for us to handle . In short they are unprofessional and unreliable and they end up costing you much more .

I can't fault the store it has a great variety of products, however I had a bad experience today I went in with my daughters my youngest is one years old and was in a forward facing stroller so as we were going through the very small and somewhat cluttered aisles she was pulling at things which I had noticed and tried to stop to my best ability I realised I had to pay for my things and get out as she was getting restless, the lady staff there asked to me to pay for a tinsel my daughter had pulled and ruined which I did pay for and had no problem doing so my problem was the way she approached me whilst there was other customers behind she was rude and spoke in a loud tone it was intimidating and humiliating. She then proceeded to stomp around the store to check for damaged stuff. Her approach could have been different I am disappointed.

The monte mart paint, canvases were great quality, amazing price and cheaper than every other store ive seen.

Super quick postage, high quality wrapping service (wrapped separately and identified different products discretely), great price. I will definitely shop at Paper Republic again. Thankyou!

I follow HP on tiktok and was SO excited to go into the store last Friday in person. And they had a lot of beautiful things and we're really happy with our purchases - it feels like they have more in-store than online.Sadly, the store itself is really disappointing - dead silent and super uncomfortable to be in. The lady at the counter did not acknowledge us or say anything until she gave us the final price of our order, but she did stare at us the entire time like we were interrupting. It wasn't a fun shop to visit, and I'd recommend shopping online.
