One of my go to places for tech and appliances. Helpful staff and huge range to choose from. The TV specialist crew there are very knowledgeable and will definitely point you in the right direction for your own needs.

Just wanted to give this place 5 stars for its impeccable customer service from start to finish. Staff member Ben was able to help me transition from Vodafone into Telstra with a stellar deal, I’m very happy with the service and very happy with the new phone plan. Could not recommend this place enough! 5 stars!

This is a great place to shop and massive store. The staff were very friendly and supportive with the knowledge/informative.Parking was easy to find and it wasn't too far away from where I live. I'm hoping for more staff at the Apple product section and reduce waiting time. Overall I had a good experience at this store. Thank you and keep up the good work.

It's a HUGE Jbhifi store! Nice staff. Huge range from computers, phones, kitchen gadgets and anime and DVDs. They just have soooo many different things!

Charged twice for an expensive item. Have to wait 3-5 business days due to their error and will now struggle with food and basic essentials over the course of the week. Store manager has 0 customer service skills and clearly doesn’t know how to train staff.

Sometimes I really do appreciate the bargains I receive. I purchased a mobile phone there a few years ago and it has turned out to be one of the most reliable and trustworthy pieces of equipment that I could have wished for. Sometimes I purchase a real deal in the music department also. I do not visit the place too much mainly due to my financial situation. Sincerely, Thomas Stevens.

Came for last minute shopping and it was closing in 1 minute. Managed to buy a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra. I know what I wanted and the service was fast and efficient. Good overall experience and liked the new location

This is the 2nd time this has happened, today stood around again for about 15 minutes, 2 staff members walked straight passed me, the other just didn't seem like they cared and when someone did acknowledge me, I said yes been waiting for a while then she rolled her eyes....The item I wanted was not stocked, which is fine, and the other item I ended up buying was not even tagged or had a price, which is why I needed help. I didn't go to the registers as I was looking for a price and unfortunately Internet is non existent in-store.2 star rating only because I was able to buy something to get me by

Charged me twice for an expensive product that I need for work, now have to wait 3-5 business days to get money back. They were not sympathetic when I told them I don’t have money now for groceries/bills for the next week, they did not offer any apology or extra compensation of any kind. I get mistakes can happen but it would mean a lot to your customers if you would be more sympathetic (I am speaking about the manager here, not the employees).

Store is massive with lots of stock. I took my son in to buy some gaming products , waited for someone to approach us asking if we needed a hand. We ended up having to look for staff with only 1 staff member in the area who was busy. Ended up going to big w where we found what we were looking for and it was $20 cheaper.
