Riverlink Shopping Centre

All shops on 1 level which is very handy. Plenty of variety & it was clean. Good variety of food in the Food Court. Love coming here.

After a very exhausting day of shopping and working, i was waiting to be picked up in around 30 minutes. I thought to myself that It'd be a good idea to have a little nap so I'm not tired for the whole day. I organised some chairs and layed down on my little pillow where my partner was sitting. A few minutes later security comes by and tells me 1. I can't sleep and 2. I can't even lay down. No pleases or understandings. Keep in mind we are well out of anyone's way and so there's no reason to tell us off. I wasn't even asleep when he came up to us which makes it absolutely ridiculous that I couldn't even rest my feet. Security is shocking

The sushi place outside JB hi-fi used to be good, but now they are now selling sushi without stated fillings. Look at this 'chicken and avocado' sushi roll which only has a tiny amount of avocado on the end (which is what they display). I feel ripped off.

After my last experience at the center and getting punched in the face bu some woman I don't know, the Security's Response was terrible and the fact they lied to my son in regards to the situation was terrible, I give a 1 for staff member from coles whom responded with respect and compassion otherwise ot would be a -10

Great shopping centre, nice variety of stores to suit all budgets. Plenty of parking easy access in and out. Overall great experience, came in for formal accessories for our Yr 12 Godson and managed to find everything quite easily.Smooth shopping experience, thanks!

Riverlink truly is a 'one-stop-shop' experience for all your needs. There are a variety of outlets ranging from groceries to personal care to banks to automotive and medical; there is also entertainment for all with eateries offering many types of cuisine and a cinema attached. Additionally, there's a car wash service - have your vehicle detailed while you shop!We also love the fact that Kmart and Target are under one roof and stay open as late as Woolies and Coles. There's even an Aldi accessible externally over between the Limelight Cinema and Supercheap Auto!Riverlink Shopping Centre is the best spot to shop all things in Ipswich.

My mum purchased a ticket from here. She was unwell with medical certs. Date could not be moved and they passed her on 2 airline to resolve. Shocking service and stressful to our family. Hope u get your tickets somewhere with better support
