Wizard Home Improvement Prospect NSW - We had an insulated gable pergola installed at our house, was happy with it until we noticed rain water leaking between our house gutter and pergola gutter. My husband called numerous times and sub contractors were sent out to check but never came back to fix the issue. It's very disappointing that it has come to this where we have to write a bad review of our experience. Poor customer service... They were more in a hurry to get our money instead of our satisfaction! It is now a year and a half!! We will be taking this further to Fair Trading.Update - Owner of company called the next day. He apologised and said will have it sorted ASAP. Sent people out to check the leakage twice and finally got it fixed as they didn't install it properly the first time. This was done within a month.

Very experienced and knowledgeable, quality workmanship, polite and a pleasure to deal with, and true to his word. Kevin completed our deck in the time he said he would. We were moving into a new apartment which required Totally Outdoors to work with the major construction company to supply the materials a long time before they would actually build the louver roof. After many discussions with the building engineers, surveyors, councils and permit requirements we have our louver roof. We only worked with Totally Outdoors by phone and didn't meet them face to face until the construction started. They were seamless in keeping us informed as to the progress, and delivered a high quality product. We couldn't be more happy with the service, product and communication. Richard was a professional, responsive, and genuine individual to work with. Richard provided me a quote within a day or two of my enquiry and unbeknownst to Richard a family friend had also provided a quote that was similar to the Deck Wizard quote. Richard was able to slot in my deck repair within a week which was very generous given the usual 4-6 week lead time in peak season.Richard and his team finished to job in the timeline provided and were a no fuss business to deal with.I will highly recommend the Deck Wizard to anyone looking for a quick no fuss company that provides fair quotes, good work, and are easy to deal with and approachable.Thanks again

Great job.Pros - Great job done by the tradies.Fitted in with our individual needs.Once the job was started they finished in a reasonable time.Price was competitive.Cons - Communication was lacking from management, just needed a call every 2 weeks or so to let us know how things were progressing and that we weren't forgotten.You will have to chase them up but when they start, they do a great job.

I was put onto Yates Construction from Stratco to install a Stratco verandah over a already established decking.From the first contact with Jarrod to completion he was very helpful and professional. Answering any questions and explaining everything I needed to know.Finished worked looks great and the framing even matches the existing metal down pipes and fascias on the house.Once completed the crew cleaned up and took all the rubbish with them.
