I'm convinced this company is run by a teenager drop shipping from Alibaba.Ordered a few umbrellas 3 weeks before Christmas as a present and have conveniently received it the second week of January.Emailing customer support has been a waste of time. I've had more meaningful conversations with my 2 year old son than I have had with their customer support.Get your act together and start treating your paying customers with respect, without us you're nothing.

Love our beach umbrella and matching chairs. I recently reached out to SSC for some replacement bags for our chairs and they could not have been more helpful. Prompt, clear and helpful communication and very generous in replacing the items and shipping to New Zealand !

Accidentally ordered the incorrect item and the staff were extremely helpful in sorting it out for me. Very prompt at replying to emails also which was great and appreciated!! Would recommend Sunday Supply Co and will definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again. Processing of orders and delivery is very efficient also including the return of items.

I recently lost the catch/lock on my umbrella, which tightens the pole in place. The company was extremely helpful, sending me a replacement as well as a spare without hesitation, I can’t remember the last time I received such outstanding customer service.The company creates really lovely stylish beach products with great designs which are durable and sun protective. Every week I use my beach umbrella and chairs. I’ve bought several of the towels, and they wash well. The beach bag and pouch are next on my list! Can’t recommend this company enough as you can probably guess!

Be very carful when ordering from this company. They don’t have the stock. They will send you what they have in stock and provide no apology.They don’t have a customer service phone number therefore all communication is done via email, which is very poor. Also stop communicating when you raise an issue. Asked to return a call they said No.All items are heavily priced therefore you would expect to receive the correct item, if not, an apology would have been nice.Caution

I purchased a dunes umbrella approx 18mths ago. We have looooved using our umbrella. It is so gorgeous and the best quality. It then broke and I was devastated! I emailed customer support and they got back to me straight away and sorted the issue and have sent me a new part to fix it! It was all resolved in less than a week. Such good customer service. Thank you guys

After several emails I was notified by Lil to fill out a form, send pics and details of my broken umbrella. Finally, I did receive the parts required to fix it. In the end Melissa was extremely helpful. If I'd received an acknowledgement of my first communication with Sunday Supply Co, I would have been happy. All I needed was a phone number. This omission on their web site is very frustrating.

Loved, loved, loved the beach bags I bought as Christmas gifts recently. They are so unique, so beautifully put together and a great size that's both compact enough to comfortably carry, while fitting a whole lot in! The terry towelling looks really cool and fits the summer beach vibe perfectly! As well as a great product, the support team assisted with all questions quickly and happily - couldn't ask for more!
