I love this place!! It is small, but has ample parking, and friendly staff. I found some amazing gems in here, plus they get a lot of unwanted stock directly from some nicer stores! I found a vintage, hand made, tailored leather jacket for $40! I went back twice in one week I enjoyed it that much. Could not recommend enough

Have shopped at Woden store often over past 2-3 years but have found past 12 months not a pleasant experience! Excessively vocal shop manager ... as is too loud music in store. No welcoming customer service... never a hello ... infact totally ignoring customers but spending time “bossing” staff! My husband and I no longer visit the store!

a staff member accused me of shoplifting as I was putting the clothes I had tried on back onto the shelves. she would not stop harassing me, even after I had offered to let her check my bag, something she didn't choose to do, even when I opened my bag to them. the tone the woman used was extremely aggressive and didnt even stop to think that perhaps the clothes hanger left in the change room might not have been mine. After accusing me of shoplifting, she proceeded to make me take her to every item of clothing I had placed back onto the shelves, and had a thorough look at the items, before giving me a suspicious look after each time. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the smiths family, and after years of being a loyal customer and supporter of their mission, its safe to say that I'm never going back again after this horrible experience.
