5 stars for Glen, he was absolutely great to deal with. We needed help with our Soundbar and he was just so polite and knowledgeable, really made us feel welcome and like we were mates. He was so patient and I appreciate his great customer service.

Would be a 5 but the SMS receipts were broken , still. Manager, Amy I think, couldn't help which was a shame but she emailed the receipt. Much better.My sales person was Havana. She won me when she didn't pretend she knew everything, was very competent and most importantly listened to me. She told jokes about her father, she got me there, and was awesome. She gets a 20 outta 10.What worked well here for the first time ever in JBHif was I was left to browse then ask for help. The help was awesomeSpent more than I wanted but less than I needed to .Went back today and got someone else. He had retail disease, won't listen, who pretended that JbHiFi only sells 1 tablet adaptor, he forgot the car tablet holders etc. Retail disease is bad

The customer service representative who helped me was very helpful.Very poor and unacceptable delivery service though, won’t buy from JB Hi-Fi, wasn’t aware that I might get delivery notification messages after 10pm, disappointed.For delivery, received text messages after 10pm that says next morning delivery will be between 10:30am and 12:30pm. But at sales, was informed I will get delivery time before 24 hours so that I can plan ahead.Called JB Hi-Fi, penrith store and spoke with Briden, a manager, won’t able to help. Only option I had to reschedule delivery, unacceptable. You cant live without fridge, if I knew I could get delivery notification message after 10pm, wouldn’t buy from JB Hi-Fi, waste of my time and money.I regret buying from JB Hi-Fi.

Spent a pleasant hour with Jess, the tech assistant. Wonderful help, and this young lady went above and beyond in helping me with my enquiries. An absolute pleasure talking with her, and she set me up perfectly with my phone enquiries and account.

Was in there for less than 30 seconds and the security guard with glasses checked our back packs when my hands were full with shopping. Could have refused but wasn’t going to make a scene, asks rudely as well. And customer service here isn’t the best

I visited 12/12/2022. Store was clean. Staff were helpful. Prices were responsible. Unfortunately I found it way to difficult to find DVDs I wanted. So please fix this and you will find you will get many more DVD sales. Plus some more guided signs to service desks that are easy to see.

Absolutely great service with pleasant staff. I went there to purchase Sony pink earphones and was happy to find last pair. The lovely girl at the register was helpful also.

Pretty good. I was after a Mesh WiFi n Cameras. Was decently stocked. They did help me to narrow down what I was looking for which was great. Make sure to checkout their website, select a few models you want before heading to the store. Read up on the reviews on what you want and get the team to give there ideas as well so you can decide properly. Too many cooks can spoil the soup but you do have there fine return policy so if you do mess up and the device does not perform to what you hoped for, you can return.
