Donut King Nambour Plaza

Very expensive. Very poor quality considering the price. Milkshake was OK but donuts were a strange shape and dry. Wouldn't recommend. Better off going to Wendy's at sunshine plaza

I purchased a coffee and two cinnamon donuts. I am a pensioner, and I walk with walking stick aid. I asked if staff could bring the goods that I purchased to the table I was sitting at, and I was told it was not part of the service.After calling out my name twice, a friendly woman came over and asked me my name, and she said to wait at the table and she would go and collect it for me. There are still friendly helpful people in the world, I give my appreciation and thanks to that woman. She was not any of the staff members of the shop.

You could make donuts at home faster. Staff are continually changing and make NO effort to change pace when it’s busy. They all appear to not really want to be there. It has the potential to be a pumping little business but I think they need better management and team.Donuts are good!

Great service, lovely donuts, fantastic staff. A worker there named Flynn was extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly, cant wait to come back and get another!

Extremely poor service on Saturday afternoon 17/6/23. 3 staff on, not busy at all. Stood at the counter waiting to be served while one of the staff finished chatting with her friend. One girl was cooking and another girl appeared to be busy doing other things.After waiting 20 minutes and finally able to get someone's attention I asked how much longer it was going to be. Another woman arrived after me who was STILL waiting on her order of 12, she left and came back twice. It was obvious that there was an issue with either the batter or the machine, however it doesn't take 20 minutes to cook 3 donuts.. One girl appeared to have a problem working out how many donuts were in a bag because she spent about 5 minutes counting and recounting them.. At no point was an explanation, an apology or a refund offered.It was another 5 minutes or more before I eventually got my cold donuts, Had my grandchildren not been expecting them I would've given up and left..I advised that I would be complaining about the poor service and asked for their names. I apologise for this because I was given their names when she was not obligated to give them to me. Again no apology was offered, the one girl I had dealt with beginning to end said at this point was that they had a problem with the machine...Very disappointing..

Lewis Hornby is the goat he made my cinnamon donuts perfectly and they were perfectly warm. Not too hot. Not too cold. I believe he deserves a pay raise if he hasn’t already got oneThanks Toby.

They had 2 staff on and neither of them seemed like they wanted to be there. Super slow pace and slow speed of service, it wasn’t even a busy period.
