Fantastic service from the counter staff this afternoon! I had a charger that was 6 months old that I had purchased from this store and the lovely lady behind the counter let me know that is was under warranty and swapped it over for me simply by searching my purchase history by my phone number! Great service and great company procedure on faulty items!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, and decent stock for a country store. I'd love it if they had more stock locally so we didn't have to wait for deliveries from Melbourne though.

Customer Service is very good and general knowledge of products also. JB HIFI has very good extended warranties on their products which is good in this day and age. Only negative is their choice of no uniform. Just looks a bit dowdy and difficult to see a sales person at times.

Extremely disappointed with there product exchange policy.Purchased it online because they didnt have it in stock, needed to exchange it but over the 30 days due to it being a gift for xmas. The assistant was very nice but in the end they could order it in from another store but it would tale 2 to 4 weeks??? And then he told me because its not on special now I have to pay full price? Which is ridiculous never buy from them agian.

Good store. Good stock. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Security is always super welcoming as well.One particular dude that sells the TV's is super chill and knows his stuff.

JB Hi-Fi is a useful shop with a good range - but if they have to check everyone at the door before you leave, it seems they don't trust their customers, so why should their customers trust them?
