Today we're cane in to purchase diamond earrings rings for my 30th Anniversary. Maree was just an absolute delight to deal with. She knew exactly what to show us, her product knowledge and gorgeous manner made us feel like friends not customers. The manager also offered to clean my rings while we waited. Can't recommend them highly enough for service and quality products.

Sharon was simply amazing, she worked out my preferred style and gave us the best options. I was blessed with the most beautiful surprise proposal several weeks later, and couldn't have been happier with the style that she worked with my partner to present. The lady that was working with Sharon was a wealth of knowledge as well, all around A1 service and support, and a lifelong customer here. Definitely recommend!

True excellence in service comes to the fore when a problem occurs.I purchased a gold wedding band that needed to be re-sized. I believe I was told it would be ready the following Tuesday but, having not had a call to say it was ready, forgot about it until the next Tuesday when I called and was told it still wasn't ready. Another week passed and the jeweller had let them down again.I dropped in a few days later. An incredibly helpful woman called the jeweller and said that she would personally go to his workshop, collect the item and deliver it to me at home that evening. This is above and beyond the call of duty.I declined her kind offer since I don't believe the matter was urgent enough that an employee should do this after hours. Instead, we picked up the ring a day or two later.When a problem comes along, even if it is a minor problem like this, the true test of customer service is how the staff react. In this case, it was brilliant.

Today my husband I came in to match a Vera Wang engagement ring with a new eternity ring for my 50th birthday. Marie was so helpful and knew exactly what we were looking for. Her service and care was so good, we brought matching diamond earrings too! Price, diamond quality and service was exceptional! Thank you Marie!
