I’m on holidays from Queensland and my husband has been admitted to hospital. I realised my car was leaking oil. I decided to go here purely based on the reviews!And I’m glad I did.Adrian and his team looked at my car fixed my leak cleaned the oil mess and sent me on my way with in 15 minutes. Could not have been more friendly or helpful. If I was a local this would be where I would be getting my car serviced. Cannot thank them enough for getting me out of my small pickle!

I am a 65 year-old Uber driver. I do Uber driving full-time in order to support my Ukrainian wife who was displaced by the the Russian invasion of Ukraine.A considerable amount of my driving is at night and, unfortunately, the brighter halogen bulbs for my driving lights often blow. It is a difficult job to replace these bulbs in my 2013 Camry hybrid. Taking this into account, I approached Adrian's Balcatta Car Care about bboking the car in to have the H7 halogen bulbs replaced.One of the staff fitted the bulbs immediatey. Further, this was done free of charge! The staff member also provided me with an assessment about what may require attention in the future! I wanted to pay for this service, because my livlihood relies upon functioning headlights.I am extremely grateful for this prompt assistance! The very least I can do is express my gratitude.
