When I saw a sign atop a bowser espousing Barista Made Coffee Inside" I was dubious to say the least! Battling through the early stages of a Type-A hangover I thought - any port in an storm.... Imagine the surprise and delight when I received my high quality coffee that was smooth

One of the few serice stations you can go to these days and get SERVICE! No need to self serve for either petrol, oil check or tyres. Staff on hand all too ready to assist. Prices comparable to others but with the old fashioned service, it’s very hard to beat!

One staff all the time busy Sunday morning. Have to wait 20 minutes for a cup of coffee had to cancel my order once. Customer coming after me been served before when I asked why she told. Have to prioritise fuel customer first. Manager need to put one more staff on morning for better customer experience.

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Went in today to pay for fuel with a gift card which I had checked online that I was able to at this station.The guy at the counter rolled his eyes at me for using a gift card, yelled at me for the barcode and kept mumbling under his breath / sighing as I was finding the card number and pin. ( I wasn’t holding up the line and moved to the side so other people could be served).Drive 2 minutes up the road to another station and avoid this place entirely.

Refuel with caution. This station adds a service charge of around 5% with no added benefit. Ensure you pay base fuel price only.

Rude service and charge a fee for credit cards and when asked why you get a sign shoved in your face. Receipt doesn’t have birgin points registered on it. Told them that it’s franchise!
