Beautiful space which caters to you whether you’re a beginner to ensure you get your postures right to advanced, where you’re pushed to go further and challenge yourself. I really like that it’s a non threatening space that provides variations for all moves to cater to all levels

Divya is a fantastic instructor! She really challenges you by providing variations of the exercises if you want to push yourself further. She gently helps with your form and provides clear directions so you know what muscles should be feeling the stretch/burn. Thanks for the great classes :)

Absolutely amazing, true professional and I’ve only started couple of months ago with Divya’s guidance and already seeing results. She helped me recover/cure long suffering strains just after few alterations to my posture. 100% recommended.
