I bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 i5 6300U 8G 256G SSD 12.3 (2736 x 1824) Touch Win 10 from eBay and contacted the seller and in less than 3 hours I picked up the computer.It works great so far

Charged $50 for my ps5 and couldn't fix it. I also had to contact them to be told it can't be done. But they're friendly so that's a plus

PC Pitstop were amazing. My computer was infected with a bad virus and needed a total clean. Lucy, was responsive and reassuring. She got it sorted in record time and was in contact throughout to clarify a couple of issues. She also helped me set up a strategy to minimise/prevent future issues. The customer service was outstanding and I cannot recommend PC Pitstop highly enough for professional, friendly and efficient work. Thanks again.

Wast of time.used to be a great place to shop.but not now.

That was without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life from Darcy.Brought in my laptop a few months ago on my only day off. Before even looking at it, I was charged $99 (Completely okay) but the insulting part was after looking at the problem on my laptop, Darcy said he would have it fixed within the hour.I politely waited in the plaza for an hour to only come back to a annoyed Darcy who seemed disinterested in conversation and in every interaction. we need another 30m" I was told 4 times for the day until eventually they told me to come back the next day.With my only day off wasted
