Paid $350 for a new screen that lasted 5 days. The new replaced screen cracked again in the same spot as the original break while putting a phone cover on. Took it back to mobile tech who absolutely refused to fix the problem without paying a further $310 for another screen. They were rude and very unfprofessional. Avoid them at all cost!!!

Had no choice but to choose to put an expensive glass screen protector on my phone after what seems to be a concerted effort by this industry to not make cheaper plastic ones available. After 10 days i noticed that it cracked. I've never broken an iPhone screen in my life. They refused to replace the expensive screen protector and have lost me as a customer for life. Not impressed. If you upsell people to a premium product, back it up with premium service.

Worst people I have ever seen. Giving faulty screen protector for I phone and I realised after 2 weeks and now I am showing that I spent at your store and they are replying they cannot do anything .They can only do in 3 days, but it happened after 2 weeks, it started having air in my front camera. Worst experience I had. I mean if someone spends money the person needs quality. And here just taking money no quality provided. Won’t recommend anyone to go there. At least don’t cheat people.

It hurts to give this one star, one star would be too many. I bought a phone cover and within 3 weeks it was coming apart. I took it back to get a replacement but they would only glue it which didnt work. I went back again for a refund and they insisted its users fault. Even after 3 weeks. Doesnt consumaer law cover this? Faulty goods should be replaced or refunded.

Avoid this place, this place is very dodgy. They will damage your electronics with sub-standard spare parts and poor workmanship. The blokes working there have no ethics.
