I have trained with Chris for some time now during that time I have achieved goals I thought impossible his knowledge and his dedication are wonderful I would recommend him to anyone any age or fitness level I had quite serious heart problem and Chris has guided me and helped me reach a much better fitness level and my heart complaint is under control

Via regular contact and videos to show progress, online tracking sheets, fitness nutrition, Chris can do it all.As well as his professionalism, Chris promotes a supportive community and encourages a healthy approach to mental well-being.Chris leads by example and I know he has my (and everyones' he trains) best interest at the forefront of his mind and heart.
