I recently went to buy a diamond ring for my wife at Cranbourne Angus and Coote. I had previously been to Angus and Coote at Fountain Gate and hadn’t received any customer service which left me quite disappointed so i had made the choice to go to Angus and Coote Cranbourne Park where i was served by a amazing woman Emma, it was the best customer service I had experienced in a very long time. All the ladies in there were great, will only be coming here from now on!! Thank you.

I am sad to be writing this review because I absolutely used to love this store and have never had a problem with product quality or staff until recently.My partner was trying on necklaces which had a “K” pendant attached on one of the chains and once he was done finding the perfect size he handed back the necklace to the lady with the pendant attached. She saw us give back the necklace with the pendant but she misplaced the pendant and accused us of stealing alongside her other coworker. We even helped to look for the misplaced pendant.The staff were extremely rude and threw accusations at us even though we gave them back the pendant and necklace. We shook our clothes, helped searched and they still insisted we “stole” and tried to intimidate us by repeating “we’ll look at the cameras” which obviously didn’t work because we never stole lol.Will never shop here again, nor will my friends or family. Very disappointing behaviour.

We have purchased ear tops from Augus coote and they did not look good on my daughter. When we went back to exchange them, on of the staff was rude and disrespectful. They would have told in a much different tone that we have to pay for sterilising charges since we have tried the tops on my daughter. Instead they made it sound that they are maintaining hygiene and we don’t which sounded very racist. Manager came and resolved the issue later. But still I don’t recommend the store..

I visited this store with the intention to purchase a specific watch for my partners birthday using Afterpay - unfortunately I didn’t do my research and discovered the Afterpay limit is $1000, while the watch I had chosen was just over. Jasmin was an absolute angel and managed to bring the price down for me without me even having to ask. I did also return later that day to have the watch resized, and received the same fantastic customer service as the first time. Staff here are so friendly and welcoming, and will go out of their way to help you with no hesitation at all - will definitely be returning to buy all my jewellery in the future!

Can't fault the customer service provided at this store, especially from Noelyn. Noelyn was so patient and thorough when my partner and I came in to buy my engagement ring. Absolutely amazing service! My mum had to get a ring fixed recently and the staff were knowledgeable and so helpful to get the repair in and also help us find some others sparkly treasures. Thanks for the great service team Fountain Gate :)

Horrible service, purchased a necklace for my wife last year which broke after been worn only twice. Returned to Southland store less than a week later and they refused to fix it even though she remembered us but we didn’t bring the receipt. Then we went into lockdown and couldn’t go back. Now we brought it back to fountain gate in packaging and brought the receipt, but only realised it was the wrong receipt for something else we bought. First thing the lady said was ‘first off, you shouldn’t store the necklace like this’, a little bag that was provided for the necklace inside the box! Was very rude until I mentioned this is the second time we were spoken to rudely. Final result, we couldn’t find out receipt, second time they couldn’t just look the receipt up, this time the excuse was because it was from another store even though we had the date of the purchase both times and a online bank statement the first time. Very disappointing, we left and went to our favourite jewellery store and they provided us with a new and better quality chain for a discounted price, and purchased the chain from us.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never shop here again, don’t waste your time or money on bad quality and horrible customer service!!!
