Sending email updates almost every day but when you log in nothing important there?!?! The important things are in another login which you never get a notice about the things you need to complete. Can the management have a bit commercial business common sense that make some priority for key messages and not have the non important stuff popping up all over all the time. Seriously, no one has time to go through all the non necessary things every day. Prioritise the important things rather than working on the extras all the time. If you think your company is under staffed, now you know you really got a process issue at the moment.

Australian Venue Co is an example of everything that is wrong in Australia. Some call it gentrification, I call it profiteering and bastardization. Every one of their ‘owned and operated’ pubs around Australia is the same cookie cutter boring style, with one hardline goal in mind: Funnel the money out of your wallet & acquire more heritage independent pubs and make them the same as the last. It makes me truly sad, hence why I am writing this review. Much like craft beers in this country, do your research and keep the dying Australian dream of a pub where you can support local community alive.

Terrible company to work for, you only need to look at the high staff turnover (including team members and even upper management being fired without warning).Lazy managers, get all the credit. Those who work hard…well don’t expect better treatment from it!Avoid this company at all costs!

We visited The Kenmore TavernThis is a fabulous place to go for and drink and dinnerThere is an app called “The Pass” and worth getting, it works at lots of Australian Venue Co locations and gives discountsThe Kenmore Tavern has an open welcoming feel to itThe staff are amazing, make you feel very welcomeThe drinks are excellent and reasonably priced, I especially like the red wine listThe food menu is extensive and the food is amazingI ordered the vegetarian pasta, Pasta Alla Norma. I am not a vegetarian but this pasta was amazing, I had some chilli flakes on the sideOverall an amazing experience and a must visit venue, we will also be trying there other venuesVery highly recommended

Honestly I don’t think in my 9 year hospitality career I’ve ever seen a more money focused company in my entire life you are a number to them and the rules and stupid policies they have in place just have you uninterested in working it’s more of a drag to get out of bed to work at any of there businesses I really really hope they do better and wish I listened to friends about how bad this company is and was to work for never ever in my life will I go to one of there venues ahead of any local business in my life as the saying goes your better paying for a man’s child’s soccer fees then putting the ceo in the new Lamborghini available absolutely disgusting from this company and I really hope they can email me and call me so I can explain further the reason and decision behind this review as I’m very disappointed in this company especially for one that owns over 150 country wide and is planning to open more they just take the soul out of pubs and out there own corporate better then everyone else touch on institutional pubs across the company
