Metropolitan train company

I went to catch the train to Blackburn from Camberwell this morning with my bike unfortunately there were replacement buses which I wasn't allowed to take my bike on. This didn't phase me too much as I alternatively rode as this was the only option. What did phase me was the fact that one of the buses to that I wanted to be on merged into the side of me, yes the bus popped on it's indicator, didn't look and then drove into me, let passengers on and then drove off. From the time of booking my journey on the coach to the end of the journey, TRANSWA are a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely helpful and accommodating.

Every time I use metro, especially in the weekend , I feel like I am playing the roulette.Delays are daily and often I have to leave random stations after delays are announced and take an uber that costs me money on top of the money spent on the train to nowhere.Staff members are not very useful when questioned in regards to the delays , most times I feel like I am talking to a wall of bricks, completely hopelessCannot fully rely on it to get to work on time .Extremely disappointedWish I was able to give zero stars

When putting all train travellers on replacement buses please at least have enough buses for your commuters. One or two buses is never enough and im not sure how Metro doesn't seem to know this because to everyone else with even half a brain it makes perfect sense that you will need more buses to move all the passengers to their destinations that once again the train service cannot do because they are not running once again for one reason or another.

Expect some delays"? More like "Expect some negligences from our part". Cancelling trains without any notice is NOT OKAY anywhere in the world. And yes

Transwa buses to and from the south west are great, cheap and the drivers are real friendly. One bloke in particular I've had a couple of times and today (10/05/18) for the afternoon bus going from down south to Perth is sooo friendly, he makes the ride a lot more comfortable for everyone.

We travelled from Seaford to Flinders st. Melbourne, due to upgrades to stations we had to change from a train to a bus, the train and bus travel was excellent, but be careful of the misinformation broadcast in the train on where to get off and change to a bus, it gave us the incorrect information and consequently it cost us an extra 45min in travel time, but overall the service was good.

Sandringham line bus replacement is pathetic! The driver is in competent. This Sun trip at 8:30 from Elsternwick to Parliament was not only late, but also have no clues where he was heading constantly turning around and cheching his map!

Best bus depot and clean with plenty of help if you need anything

Useless maintenance. Trains never run on time, so many disruptions and as many cancellations. Ticket prices always go up but service is always below par. Probably worlds worst train services.
