Since Bunnings started selling dog food and smackos I've noticed Coles is always out of 1kg smackos and my dog 24 pack. Are they owned by the same company? Seems strange. Also Bunnings sell mostly Chinese made goods which was disappointing when I tried to buy Australian made electrical products.

They had what I wanted, and at a reasonable price. But man, they need to sort out their staffing levels at the tills. When we were there today, there was only one staff member on the returns counter and one other on a normal checkout. The self serve lines were closed and nobody was answering an incoming phone cal that just rang and rang. Guys, pull your finger out will ya.

Fantastic range of pet products. I always drop in for supplies for my dogs when I'm in Orange and never leave disappointed in my purchases. I am a big fan of the Flamingo brand of dog leads. Im so glad Bunnings has decided to have a pet range, I can get most of my dog food needs here in bulk at a reasonable price. My dogs also love to come instore and pick out toys and treats during their visit.

Ordered click and collect but product I ordered not in stock.When I called about it was put on hold but nobody answered.Booked click and collect time but when I called from the waiting bay nobody answered.Almost all the staff I dealt with were abrupt and unpleasant, the only exception was Flynn who was very helpful getting a replacement product and offering a discounted price for the inconvenience.

We visited Bunnings to purchase some garden supplies, when we were leaving and ready to line up an employee named 'Netty' was standing talking to customers after they had been served. We stood there talking and waiting to be served to which 'Netty' turned and said 'go to the other line I've already told you twice' (Never heard a word). We obliged and lined up across the way, the line grew bigger while she continued to talk. Another Employee came and told her to start serving people to which she just looked at her and continued to talk to the customers who'd already been served. I spoke to the other Employee and let her know that that woman was rude and would not serve us. 'Netty' needs to be terminated if this is how she speaks to people because one day 'Netty' is going to get a very unstable person that will react in a different way than what we did! This isn't the first time this woman had an attitude problem. I'll give more stars if she's gone!
