JB Hi-Fi Bendigo

Most experiences at JB are positive. I reduced by one star because of an experience with one very insistent staff member and a few times we have had staff who clearly had no interest in being there. Overall good prices and in most cases positive and helpful staff.

Excellent customer service when returning a faulty laptop. Only problem is temptation of maze of cut price goodies when you just want one or two specific things. Space at front desk is a bit tight.

Mixed experiences here I've noticed it depends on staff of the day you visit,in my experiences I've only ever been greeted and served by my male staff as all female staff seem to be gathered together talking,no interest in customers.When served staff are wonderful,not pushy always a quick and easy interaction.

Very helpful young staff member, assisted me with the purchase of a mixer at a great price. Ended up getting two.

I recently had a terrible experience at the store, and unfortunately, I have to give it a one-star rating. The lady on the counter was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which made my visit to the store very unpleasant.The lady who assisted me from start to finish was in no mood to help and made it pretty obvious that she did not want to be there. She had a nasty attitude towards me and made me feel unwelcome. It was clear that she had no interest in assisting me may be because of my color. She made the whole shopping experience an unpleasant one.In sales, people can sometimes come off as grumpy until they make a sale. But this lady was worse than that. It was as if she had no interest in serving customers and was not happy to see people coming to the store.I would not recommend the JB Hi-Fi store to anyone, and especially not due to the customer service. An unpleasant attitude towards customers is unacceptable, and I hope the store considers training their staff better in providing quality customer service.Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Went looking for some new portable Bluetooth speakers. Young lady was knowledgeable, did not push us to purchase and the transaction was seamless and efficient. An example of good customer service.

Not much variett on the Google pixel 7 pro cases and covers. Staff dont acknowledge you, you have to go to them.

Disappointed in there lack luster performance when I ordered my tv staff fairly incompetent mucked me around for weeks waiting to replace a dud tlc tv they sold me. Went straight to good guys in bendigo and the service from Matt manager could not have been better. Thank you good guys and goodbye JB HIFI never again deplorable store in the heart of bendigo.

the staff were helpful, the displays were decent however barely anything was in stock! the games were on display but they didn't have any physical copies of them which just wasted our time. the staff did try their best so props to them.

There is metered street parking. The staff are helpful and lots of variety of products. The staff even helped me with ordering online with a product that was not in stock in the Bendigo store and when I got home, I could finalize the order online.
