Honestly, I feel because I am female, I believe I was ripped off. When the proposed excess amounts were recalled to me and I denied them, I believe that the road worthy I requested not to be completed was anyway and failed the inspection. Other mechanics have reviewed my vehicle and have said nothing about this issue.

Worst customer service ever, if I could give a -5 star i would.Tried booking in with them through auto guru, they said the have a booking time available that suited me, so I booked and paid for the service.only for them to say they can't book it in for that time and day. So now I'm out of pocket for that service and now have to find another mechanic asap.Would not recommend them to my worst enemy

Highly recommend Adrian and all of the staff at Browns Plains Car Care and Exhaust. Of all the repairs he has done on my BMW X5 and Kia Cerato sport + the work has been of exceptional standard and completed in a timely manner. Adrian has gone above and beyond to repair previous mechanics issues and is very fair with his pricing. I Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. Thanks again and see you next service.
