Awful. Ouzas has been late almost every time by at least 30 minutes, usually a hour. Sent the wrong prescription in the mail multiple times so I have someone else’s personal details and they have ours.Receptionist is the only good thing about this place, but it’s not worth it and would never recommend to anyone. Dr Ouzas is actively dangerous to patients health.

I thought by joining such cause I would feel as though I could help people. I paid $30 to not even receive a welcome pack. After multiple emails, i am now told I cannot get refund, no form of compensation offered, only to email a welcome pack after 6 months.Disappointment is an understatement.

The receptionist was really accommodating and had accommodated my requests in a timely fashion. I went to see Dr. Ouzas and find him easy to talk to.

I saw Dr Ouzas many years ago at two different locations. I saw him every 2 weeks for 5 and a half years. I found him to be a kind and caring professional. He genuinely cares about his clients.He is one of very few psychiatrists that bulk billed at the time. This is indicative of his caring attitude over the fact he could have been charging hundreds of dollars per session

Appalling customer service. Main phone number is only recording service and is for Accounts enquiries. Sent a few requests online never receive responses. Won't be supporting this organisation anymore
