Rude condescending and don’t let you finish what you are trying to say …. Think they know it all. .I was trying to explain that I had been overseas for 6 weeks and my daughter had extended the hold period . Well ….. this woman went into all the “ifs, buts and whys” and that it was the 16/9 reintegrating that the slip was dated 16september , like I was stupid , did not let me explain .I actually put her name in my phone to write this review , but I’m sure she knows who she is ! ( and doesn’t care ) . She certainly is giving the place a bad name and I see many bad reviews . Disgusting customer service. I wish I could transfer to Beldon post office.

I went in yesterday afternoon, to deposit cash my partner made from selling our personal items at the markets... the post office was by no means busy! And the woman that served me was very upset by the fact that she had to deal with my deposit. I thanked her 2 times when she had finished counting the cash, which was in notes and only maybe a handful of coins. She ignored me and didn't even make eye contact. That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please fix your attitude you haven't got a Difficult Job!Yes I could have gone to the bank but my personal bank branch is not located near me and why offer this service if you're going to be sour about it !?

Long line at 3pm on a week day. Went to lodge my passport renewal form. Jo helped me. She was kinda and knowledgeable. The office seems to do lots of passport photos and lodgements. They also appear to be very knowledgeable. I do recommend.The office is also nicely lit, so the photos are likely to come out nice.

I have always found the staff so friendly, helpful and nice, however on 31 August I received the kindest, nicest service ever. Rhonda went out of her way to make sure I was ok, when I got overwhelmed by my emotions and could not clearly communicate what I needed. Thank you so much.

Don't get your passport photos done here. The English CSO had great joy in telling me my horrendous photo will be following me around for the next 10 years". No it won't I went to office works cheaper and betterphoto"

Worst customer service I've ever received.Came in with a connote / tracking slip that was for registered post and had been returned to the originator which was unknown" my tracking slip was then ripped up and put in the bin as the lady proceeded to serve the next customer completely disregarding me as I asked for the tracking slip back as I needed the number / reference off the slip. she then replied with " oh I've already thrown it in the bin"Extremely disappointed with this experience."

I can't fault the politeness from the woman who served me but unfortunately info given was incorrect. I was told by a Aust post staff member to queue up and speak with lady behind the counter . Happy to do this, had a number of small parcels to post to the same address in the eastern states. She advised I should use two large parcel bags. She put 2 parcels in one, weighed it and said (for two small gifts) would cost me $68. Then had to weigh 2nd parcel which would cost a similar amount. She said it goes by weight and size .I have sent gifts before to my son at same address and haven't paid more than $28.So I left didn't wish to query it , left and went to Craigie post office.Same postal bag, same gifts ,,,the lady put all my parcels in the same bag and cost me $28. !! Taped it up express post and voila. Done!! Not sure where she got $68 from?Had I continued at Whitfords would have paid a ridiculous $136 for a few gifts to be sent interstate.Also I was told at Whitfords , my gifts would not arrive for Xmas on time, either by normal parcel Post or express parcel , fortunately I disregarded this information aswell as I had checked online & the last day to post express to be received by Xmas was the 15th .I therefore saved myself over $140 and as it stands now (tracking) my gifts are on their way to Sydney in plenty of time before Xmas.!!

I am writing this review because I left the store in tears. I was struggling with some paper work so i went in to get some help and the woman (who i wish i took notice of her name) had no hesitation in yelling at me about how the form was incomplete and incorrect... which is why i went in for help. she was very rude and spoke to me as if i were a child in trouble. fix your attitude, you are no better than anyone and if you are working in a place where your job is to help customers maybe gain some customer service skills.

Cost of the small PO Box went up $80 for next 12 months, queried it and told Whitfords is not the same price as other Post Offices, also asked if I could have parcel collect, was told not unless I had a post office box. Went to another Post Office , same service $70 less. March 2023

Long wait despite only 5 people in the line today! Lots of passport paperwork jamming up the line. I only had to collect a small parcel. Disappointing it's been like this at least the past few weeks and no one has fixed the issue. I'd avoid it if I could, but my last 2 parcels have been redirected there. A real pain. Please fix the issue! It wouldn't be hard.
