The kettle I bought became faulty. After making contact about this problem, they immediately arranged for me to send them a little video and return it for them to assess.After I told them I need this replaced urgently because of a dinner party within 4 days, they immediately sent me out a new one via express post.Thank you very much guys.

I purchased a delonghi toaster from these guys. I used it a handful of times before it tripped my power and stopped working. Do not buy from them. They sell faulty items and the customer service is terrible. I still haven't received any explanation or reply to my emails. Don't waste your money on a 'bargain'. You'll get ripped off.

Item arrived but was damaged... a manufacturing defect, nothing to do with the supplier... they sent me out a return label immediately and even sent out a replacement item before they received the original back.Customer service is EXCELLENT!

Buyer Beware!! Really unhappy with these guys. They shipped a second, so called refurbished one when I ordered and paid for a new one. They admitted it was a mistake but are refusing to return my money. The microwave was second hand, still had bits of food in it, was damaged and incomplete. They trade under the names of Repo guys, Onlinedeals, Solargreen, Bigsale208 and most probably others. They turn up on most of the online platforms. They have heaps of unhappy customers and some of the postive reviews appear to be written by family members of the business. Beware !!
