I spent three weeks in respite at that Arcare Carnegie facilities. I went there as I had a broken arm and was in need of personal care and lots of support. For three weeks I was not only getting such support but also observing how the facilities staff was looking after their residents.I was so appreciative of their care and support to me but also to other residents during meal times and recreation times. I have to admit that I was very impressed by the patirnce and attention to various clients needs.All the staff that provided personal care to me and was helping me with my request were excellent. Each of them! - but I was not able to comply a list of there names. Therefore, I am sending my gratitude to all employees who I came across in there -from Tanya at the reception, to Anna who introduced me to this place to all the nursing pertsonell and to all girls and boys working on the floor.Very grateful indeed!However, I have to highlight and commend Rosie Damondamo as she was the one mainly looking after me. I found her to be highly professional, ethical and kind-hearted care worker. My best wishies and huge 'thank you' to Rosie persanally.

My mum was there over a year ago and they would charge ridiculous things like $60 for labelling clothes or charge for foxtel and wine she never used ir drunk, and she was a pensioner.

My mother in law has been a resident of Arcare Carneige for nearly 12 months . We have seen such a big change in her since moving there. Everyday she tells us how much she loves her room, the activities, all the staff are very caring and friendly. We love hearing her tell us that she has made new friends who also live at Arcare Carneige. We are so pleased to know she is being cared for and looked after. Thankyou

The staff at Arcare Carnegie are truly wonderful - kind, empathic, warm and helpful. Always happy to oblige and a friendly greeting at the front door every visit. Could not recommend highly enough.
