This year I used the pre-order service to secure my red gum (before it runs out). Again, got a great selection of smaller pieces for my smaller firebox and wood was delivered exactly when they said it would, so no hanging around all day waiting. I’ll never use another Firewood supplier again.This is my review from last year:Awesome wood and fabulous service with excellent communication from everyone involved. The wood arrived already seasoned and burns hot every time. I requested smaller pieces for my smaller firebox and was super impressed with how well they catered to my request at no extra charge and their delivery guy was AMAZING! Backed his huge trailer and ute up my long driveway to drop the wood as close as possible to my wood shed. Highly recommended!!

We have had firewood heating in both our houses for over thirty years and.the Finch delivery team has been by far the most reliable and co-operative of any providers we have dealt with. Their red gum product is of high quality, their costs reasonable and they split the wood to a suitable size for our extra large firebox. Silky is a real gem, pleasant, meticulous and always responsive to text and phone queries (also apparently a great mum).We thoroughly endorse their family business!

Excellent communication and service by Silky and Ben. Ben called to advise leaving depot, arrived on time, neat stacking of wood and pleasant to deal with. Wood looks to be nice and dry ready to burn. 5 stars!
