We have Somfy electric blinds for all of our many and large windows at home. The quality of the blinds and electric motor is reflective in their reliability in the past three years. We have them hard wired but there is a long life rechargeable battery option as well. Recently had them automated with Connexoon RTS (transition into smart automation) and having contact with customer service at Somfy company was fantastic! Would highly recommend Somfy electric blinds as they make your home more comfortable and convenient!

As a stockist of Somfy Motors via our business Premier Shades on the NSW Central Coast I want to say what a reliable product Somfy motors and remotes are. We specialize in automation of blinds and awnings and have very few issues with Somfy motors. There are many different motors on the market for blind automation but we choose Somfy as premium reliable product for our customers. The tech support hotline has been particular helpful for any onsite tricky situations. If something goes wrong, Somfy are easy to deal with and get the problem sorted for our client. We want as little down time as possible for our clients.

I called the customer service, didn't have to wait long for Roy to answer the call. I explained my issue and within minutes he figured out the problem (I thought I had the RTS model, but had an Altus with manual buttons for programming the height limits). Within 10 minutes we had the roller shutter operational and working. Really happy with the customer service, and with the Rollershutters in general.
