We're in the process of building a granny flat and hired Sam to be our architect. He listened carefully to our ideas and did an excellent job putting them to paper in the form of high quality architectural drawings/plans. Whenever we needed changes to be made Sam was very quick to respond and make the updates, along with excellent communication. Also, if any of our ideas were structurally not possible due to building codes and requirements, Sam was very helpful to explain why this was the case and to come up with similar alternatives that would still look great! Looking forward to having the drawings become reality in the coming months as our granny flat gets built and we can move into it.
