I wasn't going to leave a review but I feel I had better and especially after reading other reviews. I hoping top management see this and do something to lift them game as red rooster in my opinion USED to be the best. The floors were sticky as. Most of tables had not been cleaned. Rubbish all around table and chairs outside. Girl serving seem like the saddest no personality serving the other one was coughing like mad handling food!! It was generally really dirty and the order of chicken and chips...well...chips were all limp and looked like they had been microwaved and not much of them and the chicken was a strange grey inside. Please red rooster..lift your game or close up business

amazing staff and I would highly recommend great service great food. the manager Liam came and delivered personally even after menulog delivery driver never delivered 2 lots of orders. 3rd time lucky and 2.5 hrs later food was delivered with an apology which it wasn't red roosters fault but they delivered anyway. Menulog lift your game you suck. I think we will be going in store from now on thanks again Liam and staff at Munno Para

Food was nice. Had a Tropicana pack with a wing, Cheesy Nuggets and Red Burger. All the food was tasty. Best chips ever. But the chicken portion was tiny. I have pigeons land on my house roof with bigger wing portions. Photo of my hand against wing below. My hands are not big either. They need to let the chicken grow for another week or two.

It's been a while since we'd been into this particular store but it was no where near as good as last time.1. The drinks were warm2. The floor was sticky3. There was a large spider web with spider right next to the table we were at & lots of spider webs.4. The chips were like warm at best5. The chicken in my flayva wrap was luke warm to almost cold.

The meals are quite expensive for fast food. Fast food is meant to be cheap. My friend and I ordered through the drive through. We noticed their was only two staff working, super short staffed, needs more staff. we watched them and they were extremely slow at doing orders. Not even trying to be fast. We waited in the drive through for about 12 mins. Though the food was good I guess, a bit dry though. When we finally got up to the window, we weren't greeted, it was just straight to conversation about the food. No smile, blank face. I don't feel welcomed here. Staff needs to be more mannerly, working at a faster pace and greet customers better.

Do good there is a RR not too far away where they serve small sized serves (mini subs) that I can eat being a Bariatric patient. So well worth the drive to be able to purchase meals of the size I can eat without wastage.

Order half a chicken and chip large and when got home it was small chips and a small bit of chicken what the hell can't they get a simple order right shame on munno para store i think they should go back to the basics and retraining there staff all about the chicken in what is half a chicken and the difference between a hole chicken and what is a half a chicken and what is the difference between small chips and large chips. Come on get your staff trained right. Or get rid of them. Never going back to that store. Because I paid for a half a chicken and chips. Not a small chips and a small a drum stick. A say every one that goes to this store please please check your order before you leave Because .don't know the difference between a hole chicken and chips. Or a half a chicken.

The buttermilk wings seemed to have been re-cooked a number of times till they couldn't be re-cooked any further times, they were very dry, cold & not edible. The chips were also cold
