Fantastic install! Delivered everything that was promised - on time and fitted to perfection. Am preparing a home for lease, and this install has added money to the property, and really finished the flooring to a high standard.I cannot recommend One Stop highly enough. Very happy with result! A+++

Tried on three occasions to organize a quote for an insurance job at my rental. The first time they quoted the wrong room, second time no one was home so they just scrapped it without letting me know to organize another date. Third time they didn't show.Rang the old lady at the front desk to see what happened, she said sorry and would personally go past my rental after work to have a look. She has yet to get back to me, this was over a month ago.My insurance claim has since expired. I now need to re-apply.A 5yr old could do better than this mob. Absolute joke

Pre sales process was good. Was to carpet 3 bedrooms. Attended and put carpet down before leaving in a hurry with his mess left. Didn’t come back for 4 days to complete despite house in disarray with furniture everywhere. When concern raised I was told they met their obligation, and full payment expected. Would not recommend. Definitely not good service
