Faulty product. RUDE owner.Edit: You said there was a scratch which there wasn't,just to avoid refunding, you were looking for an excuse to do not refund. Offering store credit and pointing a non existent scratch. I am attaching the picture of receipt of the faulty product what you said on your response there wasn't .It was clearly explained on my review the previous power bank was faulty not the second one. You are also mentioning here in Australia" same you did at the store

I shopped here twice today and both times I cannot fault the service. Both ladies were bubbly, friendly and just overall happy to provide service. Well done ladies, you were an asset to the business today. I went back the second time to purchase something as I had such a positive experience and that was matched on my second visit. I’ll definitely be shopping here for gifts more often

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Was hunting down a particular turntable and the team at Gladstone Hi-FI were amazingly helpful.
