Do not recommend. No empathy or compassion. Terrible communication and rude customer service. Installed our gas bottles too tight. We ran out on a Friday night and had a small bottle to replace with but could not loosen the bolts. Called the line was told the after hours team in Taree would call us multiple times. They never did- when I did get in contact with them Bonnie told us it was our issue because we let the gas run out. She did not offer her team to come out as it wasn't an emergency- despite being told by others they could come out for 150 dollar fee which we were happy to pay. She had no sympathy for the fact I have a young child at home and we are in lockdown with no hot water and limited cooking facilities. Really heartless local service. Would not recommen

Always good service always on time

Rang up to cancel and enquire about a refund. The customer service representative was so rude. I originally called the 131161 number. She said it’s out of hours need to call the local branch back Monday. I checked Google and our local branch is open to 7.30 pm so I called their number directly. When the call was answered I explained my enquiry and she just said “haven’t I already spoke to you” I explain I called the branch number as it said they were open to 7.30 and it was only 6.20. She just said “I’m not going to argue with you. They aren’t open. Call back Monday”. Such terrible service
