RV Central - Nowra

Please do NOT trust these guys !! We brought a caravan from them in January. We’re from Perth so decided to drive back with caravan on tow , first day water pouring everywhere. Cracked water tank that was patched up. We get this fixed at our own cost.( Still haven’t been reimbursed )anyway water hoses for external sink missing. Microwave didn’t work. Cupboards didn’t open and close properly, Flyscreen missing the list goes on. In the end the caravan was unusable. The brackets broke so it wouldn’t pop up. Couldn’t use key to open one of the bedrooms that pop out. It was an absolute joke. When we arrived in Perth the guys here didn’t want to help us and made out the repairs would take 2 months !! So we called the guys back at Nowra office to help. We actually decided we wanted a refund as it was so bad. But no way that was not an option !! They said they’d sell it for us. We brought it for 57,500 so they said that we should get 50,000 for it. We send it back to them at our own cost … We’re fair people and thought ok we’ll cut our losses. 4 months later still not sold. Finally managed to speak to the boss Anthony as we were concerned the caravan hadn’t been fixed properly and that’s maybe why it’s not selling. He said he’d take a look and get back to us the next day. That call never came , the caravan has now sold for $42,000 ! Thanks guys been an absolute pleasure !!! For all them people about to embark on a journey with these guys ... don’t do it unless you want to go on the road to hell !!!!!!

Thanks Steve and Anthony. It was a long drive to get to you to buy our caravan but it was worth it. You guys where fantastic. It was a long distance purchase and Anthony you answered all our questions. I appreciate everything you guys did for me when I needed assistance.I highly recommend to anyone looking at purchasing a caravan to go and see these guys.

Very disappointed with them. We put a holding deposit on a RV subject to finance and was told the deposit would be refunded if we couldn’t proceed. We notified them in person that we wouldn’t be proceeding (appropriately 7 weeks later) only to be told by Steve that he could only refund half as he had paid the commission to a past employee. We agreed to this and Steve asked us to email our bank details, which we did 3 times. I have since called 3 times and sent text message with our details with no response. It’s been 2 months with still no refund. I’ll never deal with them again.

Good range of vans, I saw a lovely salesman who was very detailed about what I was looking at and not pushy very patient

We have had our motor home for 4 years. Never had a problem. We have been back to Avan at Nowra on numerous occasions to seek advice, service of the vehicle, and have always been extremely satisfied with their excellent service. Staff are friendly and really know their merchandise. Keep up the good work fella's we appreciate your effort in after sales service. Well done!!!

We had nothing but trouble dealing with Anthony and Steven. They managed to register our new van without the required gas vents. It failed a gas inspection 2 months after we bought it. The response was we only sell them
