I have NEVER! had such friendly, lovely, caring removalists.Every issue was addressed and confirmed prior to peices being moved.We moved from a 6 bedroom house 200km to a penthouse, requiring many peices of art and vintage furniture being moved with care and precision.(Even after 12 hours they were still smilling and polite)Hats of to the Two Steves" I would happily recomend them to my own Mother!Again

The job they did should have taken them maximum 5 hours, they dragged it out for 8 hours and charged for every break, which were a lot of them. The same move done with more furniture and boxes took 4 hours. So I would never recommend these guys.

These guys are fantastic! I couldn’t believe how well they packed their truck. The amount of ‘stuff’ I had was overwhelming to me, but these guys were so organised and careful with everything. Nothing got damaged or marked, they were just brilliant! Thank you guys, you made a stressful move an absolute dream.

Steve and Steve were great and friendly. Both were very careful with all our belongings. Were great to have a chat to and went above what we asked by moving things that we had planned on doing ourselves. Highly recommend.

I wish I had booked this company in the first place!The company I had originally booked for my move, turned up and said the job was too big for them, then got in the truck and left! My real estate agent called these guys as they are local to see if they could help and they saved the day. I am so grateful to them for squeezing me in, I recommended these guys for number one removalists!

Chris from ace removals was very rude to my partner, she did not feel safe around him. He was agro. They were late. And over charged us. I would not recommend this company!

Steve is friendly, patient and organised. Unflappable and has amazing spatial skills - couldn't believe how much he got into his truck. He took great care with our possessions. Highly recommended.

I would stay clear from this company...the damage left at the property was appalling. Not only they held my furniture for ransom I had to pay before they could unload it..they were very slow dragging each hour.When contacting phone and email no response nothing I had contacted everyday and nothing now its in the hands with the ACCC I am taking it further as I have lost alot of bond money because of them.Will never use them

Excellent service. All items arrived safely. Quick response to any questions. Previously used a big name company and had stuff damaged. Steve was flexible and accommodated our move requirements. Definitely recommend this crew.
