I have been going there for years. I’d usually go 2/3 times a week and purchase 3 dim sims. Will say they are very good. Couple times a month I’d get 1/4 chicken with chips. This last time I bought 2 pieces fried chicken and chips. The chicken was so dry I had to throw out. Yuck. I mentioned to them their reply “sometimes they sit for to long in here” no sorry no nothing. Then I bought and paid for 3 dim sims drove home and only got 2. I drove back and told them. The guy behind the counter didn’t believe me. He spoke to his partner in their language and started laughing. He apologised laughing at me and gave me my dim dim only. Still laughing. I told him I drove home and back. To be honest I did expect a complementary dim sum for my troubles no didn’t come. I felt humiliated who knows what they were saying about me. So now I have,my family have my co worker has boycotted the place. Terrible terrible customer service. For a dim sum now they lose money. Not writing this to stop people going. I am writing this for them to read this and learn from this. For a dim sum and replacing the dried chicken (which they knew about) they have lost a reasonable amount of money.

I would like to leave a positive review for Zibaroo. I came to this salon because I wanted to try micro blading my eyebrows for the first time.I am honestly so happy I found zibaroo. I was really nervous about doing micro blading first time, however I was instantly assured by Dora. She is exceptionally skilled as a cosmetic tattoo artist and her results are beautiful and natural. I was really thrilled at my eyebrow tattoo result, and I’ve since been coming back to the salon for touch ups and tinting. Far and away the best Charcoal Chicken in the Knox area. Super crunchy and well seasoned chips are our family's favorites!

I won’t bother from now on.Our last visit here I arrived on a Friday night. I stepped into the restaurant at 6:55pm, went to order a whole chicken and chips and was told that they don’t have any chicken…Have also been turned away previously as they have been “closed,” even when turning up to order well before their closing timeHave now found another charcoal chicken place local that accommodates to customers

Food is good here, chip salt is homemade and amazing, ceasar salad dressing is also homemade and amazing. They change their oil regularly (unlike most other shops...) and the chickens, though more costly than the supermarkets, are bigger, free range, are cooked way better and taste amazing.In general, I'm super happy with this store, one of the better Charcoal Chickens I've been to.

New owners...not going back!Gave me food poisoning throwup my whole meal; chicken was very dry, all salads were 50% cheap mayo, mac/cheese was 99% shell pasta an 1% cheese sauce... (Dimsims and potatoes cakes were great but the do better next door at the fish&chips shop)

I brought my bridal party to their eyebrows here and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We were a little late running from another appointment but the owner was understanding and let us postpone it for 30 mins. She is very talented at what she does and would go back to her again. Eventhough the appointment didn’t take long, but we experienced good customer service and was satisfied with the result. The makeup artist who did my make up for the wedding also commented that the threading was very well done.

Came here for lunch. Ordered the 1/2 Chicken Lunch pack. The chips were amazing but the chicken was raw and chewy. Asked for compensation or a new chicken but got a rude response from the worker. Would not recommend, terrible service.

They have really tasty charcoal chicken, the chips are also really nice and crispy and they have a great range of salads.The staff are very friendly and it is quite well priced.They have become the family's go to for Charcoal Chicken and will stay that way because we all love it.
