I had a bad experience with InkStation. They sell compatible Brother toner cartridges. I was worried about their product quality, so before placing my order with them, I sent an email to them asking them if their compatible Brother toner cartridge quality was ok or not for my Brother printer, their reply was yes, then I placed my order as per their instruction. But unfortunately their compatible toner cartridge quality was bad, my printer couldn't recognise it at all. They said it was ok to refund my payment, but their shipping cost $6 would be taken out from the refund amount according to their company policy. I told them it was due to their product quality and their misleading information, so they should take FULL responsibility, instead of partially, however they rejected my request. After that, I have never bought any toner from them. $6 is a small money but big enough to get to know well about Ink Station.

Becareful when ordering on line, InkStation promotes the sale of non genuine ink cartridges.Non genuine ink cartridges when installed in my HP Envy 6400 cause the printer to stop working until a genuine cartridge is installed.I had purchased on line 4 non genuine compatible ink cartridges on line, 2 black & 2 colour.When I replaced the depleted genuine cartridges - both black & colour with the non genuine cartridges the printer stopped working.This caused me to waste a couple of hours deyermining the issue & also caused a further waste of time by requiring me to rush of to OfficeWorks to buy genuine ink cartridges.Total time wasted was 4 hours.I called InkStation to arrange a refund for the non genuine cartridges with the intention of getting them to supply genuine cartridges obviously at an additional cost.When I detailed my experience to the person on the phone & told her that I wanted a refund for the non genuine cartridges & to place a new order for the replacement genuine cartridges she told me that InkStation would not provide a refund until I sent them photos of the printer issues & deployed their work around solutions for non genuine cartridges.Obviously that was not an acceptable customer service solution to my problem given that I had already wasted hours of non billable time of a working day dealing with the issue at hand.As I had paid for the non genuine cartridges using PayPal I advised that I would be taking my issue up with PayPal in that InkStation had sold me unusable ink cartridges & now refused a refund. The person on the phone seemingly didnt care as she consistently tried to get me to understand the InkStation policy given my situation.All of this annoyance & wasted time over non genuine ink cartidges for which I was invoiced $116.23.Now onto the PayPal site to lodge my complaint.

Amazing customer service!!My order was to be sent to a Business address, however, I did not write down the name of the Business on the delivery address. The courier returned my order to InkStation, I contacted Inkstation, spoke to Truc who promptly responded and resent my delivery(at no extra charge). Amazing and efficient customer service. Thank you!

Ordered labels that are supposed to be compatible with DYMO printer -website does not clearly state INCOMPATIBLE - misleading. they could easily add a line to state this FACT- like other businesses do.

I had a very poor customer service experience. 5 calls, 3 hours and got poor support for this barcode scanner that we will be returning. Then I couldn't call through anymore because outside of business hours" and it wasn't even 2PM in WA yet."
