Jenna was my post partum doula for my fourth pregnancy and she was one of the most cherished and important person to me during pregnancy and post birth. She treated me with the upmost care, love and her energy at everyone appointment before and after I had my daughter was so grounding, nurturing and special.Our daughter was our last baby and Jenna made me feel so empowered in my birth and educated me on C section delivery, after care and what I needed to thrive post partum (which I had never had previously)I had my placenta encapsulated with Seed Collective too, and that whole process after birth was so effortless. I would recommend both services to anyone having a baby, she made me feel like a Queen from the minute we first spoke and during every post partum visit - it was such a shame to end our time together but one I will be forever grateful for.

When it came to finding a hypno birthing class, from the first phone call I had a feeling we were going to be in the best hands and I was definitely correct. Trudy is welcoming, flexible, compassionate and supportive, all the things we needed to be embarking on this crazy pregnancy journey.We (my husband and I - definitely would say you and your birth partner need to complete the course together) have both learnt so much and feel not matter what happens during labour now we can navigate it together with a variety of tools... I honestly cant imagine not having done this course!We also cant thank Trudy enough for everything from hypno birthing to, pregnancy yoga and will be looking forward to mums and buns yoga to!

I had the very good fortune to be helped by Alison during lockdown when my baby turned breech at 37 weeks. I was feeling alone and scared but knew that if I got the right help that I might be able to naturally turn the baby without the need of medical intervention. Alison was so kind, generous and nurturing. She gave me confidence and my partner direction on the Spinning Babies practices that turned the baby and ultimately allowed me to have a wonderful natural and spontaneous birth.Thank you Alison I will always remember your kindness.

Choosing to have Alison by our side was one of the best decisions we made for our birth journey! She was there every step of the way to support my husband & I, to empower us, encourage us & help us navigate the path which ultimately lead to our dream birth as first time parents. After baby was born, Alison nurtured me with weeks worth of amazing healing meals & completely showered us in love & care. Wow, what an amazing experience it has been. Sam has been the best support I could have ever asked for as a first time mum in a new town. Both my partner and I felt reassured and confident going into our birth because of the time we spent with Sam, she was able to answer all our questions and explain the natural birth process and what to expect at each stage, plus what happens if/when there are any curveballs so we knew what to expect. Sam has such a friendly and down to earth demeanor and is very knowledgeable, I couldn't recommend her enough for any soon to be parents. Can't thank you enough Sam!

After one of her amazing pregnancy massages I decided to get a birth package with Dee for my birth at home that included massage, a birthing from within class, yoga, birth attendance and post natal care. I'm very glad I did because I felt so supported and prepared before, during and after. Dee is very passionate and knowledgeable, we also felt very comfortable with her which was important as it was only Dee, my husband and myself present at the birth. I feel that due to Dee's knowledge and care I had a very stress free pregnancy, a beautiful home birth and now have an extremely healthy and happy baby who is a dream to care for. I truely believe this is due to the lack of intervention and a calm holistic approach. Thank you Dee for your support through my 42 week pregnancy and beyond, it's not easy to navigate pregnancy and birth with so much information out there, so having a guide who shares my values was invaluable x

Literally the best decision of my life to call MAMA. The staff were caring, knowledgeable and consistently went above and beyond. I was able to have the birth experience I had dreamed of but wasn't able to achieve with my first labour. If you are feeling unsure about a homebirth then don't hesitate to give MAMA a call, safety was always paramount and they put all my worries at ease. I instantly felt safe from the first call with Jan and knew I didn't have anything to worry about anything. I had continuity of care throughout my pregnancy and to midwives attended the birth. Everything went so smoothly I could not of wished for a better experience.

Jan was such an incredible support and advocate throughout my pregnancies and birth, and MAMA is a brilliant space with wonderful practitioners like acupuncturist Millicent Matthew.

Alison was an incredible resource and presence for us during our first pregnancy. Due to Covid, we couldn't have her physically with us in the hospital for our delivery, but she still was able to communicate all day with my husband, answering questions and being there" even though she couldn't be! And postpartum -- I could go on all day about how incredible and amazing it was to have Alison with us postpartum

My partner and I completed the embrace your goddess education package after attending a pregnancy workshop and meeting with Sam. This was our first pregnancy and therefore had little to no idea of what to expect leading up too, during and after labor. Our sessions with Sam enabled us to be educated in the roles we played and have a sound understanding of a birth plan that we wanted to follow due to now knowing the options we had in varied situations. We can not thank Sam enough as no question was treated like a silly one and even going 8 days over we still had a nice natural birth with no interventions required.
