If I could give this place 0 stars I would I walked in and was looking for sometime. No one greeted me or helped me or even approached me. The staff just watched and spoke to one another as I looked around for the product that I needed. I knew what product I wanted but I couldn't find it. I was literally the only person in the shop and not one bit of help.

EOFY was fairly busy, so a lot of stuff was sold out, but the staff were incredible and friendly. There is no better place to go when buying tech!The store was easy to locate, but I would like to note that the lack of stock and staff gives me a bad impression of the place.

Have always had good service here, but this time it was excellent. Interrupted a gentleman doing some sort of stock check. He stopped what he was doing and rather than directing me, took me to the section where the item was. Just sorry I did not take note of his name. Thanks again.

Called on Saturday to see if they did have a tv in stock as it was hard to come by, got put through to Holland and he was extremely helpful. When we arrived later arrived, he was still extremely helpful and made the process so simple!

Well, this is more about the sign of the times than a lament with JB HiFi, I popped in other day with the intention to buy some plain wired in earphones for the princely sum of $50. I walked in and - nothing....Wireless or bust these days. They used to stock AKG which offered great value at this price point but nothing was on offer. It was all Bluetooth or go home and with that. I went home instead.

I bought a television and they didn't put it down for delivery when they said I have to wait another 10 days for delivery or something so I went and got my money back and other time I bought a washing machine and the warehouse delivery wasn't on par with what when they said they have to wait wait at 1 months for the delivery we do not recommend
