Brought some of there big pizza sausages bloody beautiful I love going there every thing is fresh

I never gave bad review before, but the thing hurt me very badly this morning, the customservice of farnorth butchery, they don't care their valuable customers, the guy who treated me this morning full of attitude.actually I order $602 meat for my restaurant and I picked up, it was 5 minutes drive from them when I opened the prawns' s box and it was wrong size , which we couldn't use so straight away I took back to them and requested them to take it back and give me right size , but I was surprised they said they can't take back , they only can take back if they deliver , I didn't ask for refund or anything because I will be going to their regular customer, but they don't care did not say any sympathy words. Very disappointed.

I tried to call but the phones wont ring so I went to the place in person to have a chat and enquire about meats for a local restaurant that was opening soon. Rather than a happy face greeting and helping me, I had an angry old lady yell at me to get off her property and had the police called because apparently I was a vegan protester". I didnt really know what was going on and tried to ask the lady what's happening and she just continued to yell at me for no reason. She told me to go to a local butcher. So for anyone who's looking to do business with these people

Fantastic products but they never give you what you ask for. Total joke of customer service.Such a waste of time to get home and the order is wrong.You are better off going to Two Fat Butchers in Summer Hill.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding here on Jan 26th 2020! This venue has just undergone plastic surgery! they now have gold and black wallpaper, new classy candelabras, a white gloss dance floor (which saved me $2500)!! Gold tiffany chairs, self playing grand piano in the foyer and the list goes on! they also have just hired wait and kitchen staff from one of the closing venues in Brighton!The food and service were great (food and entertainment are the 2 main things people remember so im glad they were perfect) set up and venue were great, the room was PERFECT! they were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Alistair really looked after us and is so friendly and approachable and so is Tom. We were able to drop things off early, come in at any time and view other functions set up beforehand and leave our things behind in storage until we were ready to collect. and all items found on the night were placed together for us.The only downfall is we did not have the LOVE letters as promised by venue owner, and were not notified they would not be there so had no time or idea that we would need them, and in turn had them missing from our day. The bridal room is very small and right next to the carpark entrance where everyone goes to smoke. Lastly it took quite a while to get a cocktail to my bridal table for myself and the 2 bridesmaids. apart from that I would definitely rate this venue for your wedding as it was overall quite a wonderful place. :)

Love these guys here. The meat is local and is grass fed and not pumped with water or hormones or steroids and it's fresh as and cut to your liking and the meat packs are great value. Can swap anything you don't want on there. They deliver for you to if local and the service is just amazing. They treat you like a human and not just interested in taking ya money. So glad have found an amazing butchers as I'm so fussy where the meat comes from that my family eats . My favourite is the boccaccini chicken and peanut satay drumsticks. Love these guys here they are the best. Jai, and his staff are amazing. Try them out. !!
