Only giving one star as the lady we had dealt with was lovely. We were booked in this morning but were met with absolute rudeness from the guy that was going to do (or obviously didn’t want to do our carby) Your customer service skills need some serious improvement. Was an easy decision to not spend our money here.Your obviously a very unhappy man, I would hate to have you working for my business

Asked for a service on a near new car (2 year old) 15,000 ks and was quoted $180.. fine I said, but when I picked it up the bill was $240.. i said how the price increase ? Oh we had to clean the fingerprints off and put a flush through the fuel.. thanks for ring me and asking if I wanted that done first... I’ll never go back to them crooks

Put new clutch in cost $1500 had car for 2 days.demanded payment before job done.didnt test car before giving back.bramd new 1500 clutch worse than old clutch it replaced.when I returned to fix problem told to bring in any time next week.then sent me a text demanding I bring in on Monday another day off to bring car back,when I arrived was told to leave car as they busy....then when I said needed car was asked to leave any told problem was my driving????sht service top dollar for half a job that took two whole days....do yourself a favour and go anywhere else money hungry business who cannot deliver job they were paid for.....

I was due for a service of my Holden Cruze this morning. Good experience as usual 10 out of 10. I chose to wait for the job to be completed, nice waiting room complimentary with tea & coffee. Only had to wait for 90 minutes and the job done, the bill didn’t give me a fright.Thanks to Peter, Helen, Danny and the team for a job well done AGAIN, see you next time I need work done on my car - thanks again Chris & John

I booked in for a service and to get a quote on other repair needed was given a diagnostic check instead! tried to sort it and was told was a miss communication nothing I can do so I'm out of pocket and still need a service as a woman I say don't go there rip off and IV got other fault lights coming up!!!!
