Proshop made us very welcome which was the start of a great experience. Quite wide fairways and small greens with most like a frisbee" - round with a dome that were great to play to and on. You need to follow some local as the next tee is not always easy to work out. on one Par 3 you have to wait for the group in front to hit back at you which was unusual. Played after the comp and it was a very respectable 4 hours walking. Great history and great place to play. Have no idea why the groundstaff only mowed half the very lush fairways."

Very relaxed after a long drive.Perfect small meals looking over the fairways.We found our way in from the back after becoming lost, but that didn't matter, we were welcomed with a smile and no sign in routine.Loverly old fashioned club house was a pleasure to sit in while we enjoyed a cold drink.If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere clean surroundings and great food with a view, try this club.

If you love long par 4s, this is the course for you! Beautiful course and a great day for it. We were forewarned, but the ground was incredibly wet underfoot, bit of a dampener when you're ankle deep in mud on the fairway. Would definitely come back, hopefully when the rain has eased up for a stretch!

Great course, am member, if eant a meal call first. Great range of beer and wine guys in the pro shop know their stuff.
