JB HI-FI what would you do without your store manager Mark? My partner and I had a significant issue with brackets purchased online, they were discovered to be incorrect during our install and we had to spend a lot more money to rectify on the spot.Mark did an absolute amazing job at rectifying this when we approached the store a few days later. We were listened to by Mark who explained clearly what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it. We are very satisfied with the outcome and appreciate his time, assistance, understanding and prompt action.

Big store, bigger than most, a lot of 'prices slashed' signs, whether they are or not do your research and come armed with knowledge so you can knock them down on price. Super friendly staff at Pacific fair JB.

A great store, always happy to price match and excellent service, highly recommended.

I purchased a dash cam and windows 11 just won't allow me to download the software , the staff were fantastic and took time out to sort the problem.Best team and nice people.

i hate giving 1 star reviews but had to!!went in store with intentions of buying an iphone but needed some advise.The first male i went to with blonde hair looked stressed, over it and didn’t have a single customer service in him. The second male, skinny built short shaved hair was helpful but to a degree.Grateful for his service but it was talking too fast regarding the plans and didn’t offer good advise or alternatives. Just flat out gave one option and told me to think about it and walked off.I was contemplating on taking it up but wanted to get advise from a third party but instead I walked out because if i had to get a third party in what was the point of me being in there? With no so useful workers already in store.Maybe a tip in future: Train your employee to have better customer service instead of looking like they are over the job and 2nd: training your employees to take the time to really go through your plans and deals with customers instead of making the process feel rushed.

Was out to get a tv. Looking around the shop found what I wanted. Got to speak to a sales person after about 10 minutes of waiting ( they were very busy so that's fine). Asked about the tv and said ok I will take what's your best price. Sales person went away and came back with slightly better price and said no store stock, I could get delivered at extra cost or wait 2 days or pick up from Springwood.I said thank you for there time and left called 4 other of there store's and nothing on gold coast. Called Harvey Norman they had it in stock and it was cheaper. Sales person was good at JB hi-fi but without stock close by you will lose sale's

Staff are always helpful, lots of choice. Access is good for all abilities. Parking at Riverlinks is always plentiful. Plenty of bargains to be had.
