Would give 0 stars if possible. Dermatoscope listed as in stock. No contact about not being shipped for several weeks. Eventually got through to customer service after several attempts and messages left (with. I reply), and advised that the product was in fact not in stock. During the delays I had moved houses, so updated shipping address with the company weeks ago. Despite this, order was eventually shipped yesterday, 3 or so months after being ordered, and was sent to my old address 600km away.

Just had an amazing experience purchasing a Dermlite DL5 Dermatoscope from Macquarie Med. I purchased it through their Ebay store and excited to find that the item was in stock and was $150 dollars cheaper. I had a query about the postage and spoke to Kathryn who was very friendly and helpful. I also got a $120 rebate from Ebay which was total icing on the cake.

Tried multiple times to create an account. Kept saying a confirmation email has been sent. No email has been sent. Ordered items without creating an account and received an email saying my order is confirmed and payment charged. A few days later I sent an email enquiring when the item might be dispatched and as of now, I still haven’t received a reply. I will attempt to call tomorrow. I wish I’d looked at the reviews before ordering from this site .... it seems to be a common theme!
