Planet Pooch

I took my elderly dog in for a trim. Planet pooch were super understanding that it can be a bit traumatic for an older dog to be away from home so they made it a priority to get her in and out real quick. I got her back within two hours looking great. I cant thank them enough.

Planet Pooch does the best grooming ,cutting and presenting of my 2 poodles than any other doggie parlour in Sydney. I have been and tried many others but no one come close to Planet Pooch.

Love Fi and the team who are dog lovers and professionals. Our dog Digby likes going along and comes home happy and handsome which is a bonus and a reflection of their care.

STOP DELETING MY REVIEW. It says a lot about a business when you can’t accept an honest negative review.They did a terrible job with my dog. They don’t listen to what you want. My dog was cut super short and uneven. Unacceptable

They do a great job on the cut, friendly shop owner,really good with the dogsMy dog used to be terrified going to her old groomer.

They're always accommodating and include nail clipping in their grooming service. Standard Sydney prices. Good customer service.

The woman who runs this place was one of the most rude, demanding and opionated people I've ever dealt with. I'm the customer, I'm paying for you to groom my dog, not give me a lecture (on repeat) on how you think my dog should be maintained, asking me to wear a mask with attitude and demanding I come pick him up in 25 minutes with no notice when I say I can be there in 35. It was all just so petty and unnecessary.As for my dog, it took him about two weeks to start behaving normally again. I was so concerned that I asked the vet to check if he was fine as he has always been upbeat and consistent in nature. I could never leave him in her care again as this is not a happy and warm environment and don't need her drama that comes with the experience, avoid.

Have been going there for 10 years. Love it! and always come out looking spiffy with nice nails and a colourful bandana. Cuddles and 'good boy's' make this an outing I look forward to.
