Took my pride and joy in for a wheel alignment and wheel check before heading off on a road trip. Super impressed with the honesty of these guys. They could have easily talked me into not only the wheel alignment but rotate + balance to get maximum $$ out of me but they didn’t. They did just the alignment and recommended I go back for the rotate + balance after the road trip. Honesty is a massive issue among the automotive industry, especially for female customers so I really appreciate knowing these guys aren’t in it to rip people off.

Took my car in for a regular service and it turned out I needed new tyres.I got sent a text video where I could see for myself how worn they were.Then I got a phone call asking if I wanted to go ahead and have new ones fitted,balanced and aligned.Although it was a very unexpected expense,they had tyres on hand,the costing was explained to me before I agreed so I went ahead.Was still able to pick the car up at the agreed time.Good customer service and detailed invoice was provided,as well as a guarantee for the tyres.
