Pet Express Transport Services (PETS)

I can’t thank the team at PETS enough for their advice and support in transporting my cat. In particular Tim and Haider, who were super responsive and managed the travel even over public holidays.We had a very complex situation, trying to take my 14 year old Persian cat to Tbilisi, Georgia.Firstly, flat faced animals are refused by many airlines and given the age of my cat and the country we are moving to, added additional complications in getting him here safely.The path we chose is to transit him via Singapore, where I met him at the airport and took him in cabin with me via Turkish Airways. In-cabin travel is the least traumatic as your pet is with you the whole time. Getting out of Australia, this is not an option but in most of Europe, small pets can go onboard as ‘extra large luggage’. Your pet must be prebooked with the airline when booking your own tickets and each airline has their own requirements re cage dimensions. We had one cage to transport to Singapore and another cage for in cabin travel.For the transit in Singapore, PETS recommended Singaporean agents, Ricted Kennels. They were fantastic too, they did the Singapore transit docs and physically brought him to me and helped me checkin. This was particularly helpful, given I was flying on my own and had a number of steps to go through in Singapore.It was a multi-day transit experience for Bruno and a 14 hr flight for the two of us to Tbilisi,Georgia. Everything went smoothly with the great planning and management of the process by PETS!

My fiance and I are so grateful to have come across PETS for our relocation from Australia to New Zealand. We have one dog and two cats, all of which are nervous animals, so we were extremely anxious to put them through this ordeal. Tim and Haider could not have been more helpful and patient. They were prompt with their communication, whenever I emailed or called, it was answered to right away. I was reassured that I could trust their expert assistance throughout the complicated preparation of the paperwork and their help in organising the actual transportation. Thank you PETS team for bringing our fur babies safely to our new home.

PETS team, I can’t thank you enough for flying my cats safely to Korea. It’s been a tough time for everyone in every way, but Haider and the team greatly helped us to move back to Seoul. Even when I got frustrated in uncertainty of the situation caused by the COVID crisis, Haider patiently looked out for flights available for us. Chris took care of the final health check and documentation perfectly and Dan was such a friendly soul, helping the worrying cat mum with kind words on the day of departure. This was a big journey both for me and my cats and now they settled well in our new home.Looking at the cats sleeping next to me, I just wanted to say thank you again. :)All the best wishes for you. My family recently relocated from Sydney, Australia to England and to assist with the transport of our four pets I decided to trust PETS (after receiving poor service and high quotes from other pet relocation company's). Their service is professional, flexible and very supportive - from the booking process to the pick up and delivery. After learning that our three cats and dog would not be able to travel near to our own travel date (post COVID, cargo room is scarce etc and Qantas are not flying pets until June 2022) and would have to stay behind for a few months, they quickly accepted another option. This involved a different airline flying into a less busy airport in England. PETS international business partners are also very professional and responsive. All the pets arrived within a day of our flight and after their long journey seemed fine. I cannot thank Tim and Haider enough.

A fantastic service that quoted us the best price around (I thoroughly checked) and then proceeded to provide clear, concise and stress free communication throughout the journey. I can’t thank them enough for making a stressful journey as pain free as possible. All their staff are a testament to the operation.

PETs helped move our dog safely from Australia to NZ. They were excellent - responsive, thorough and cheaper than their competitors.

I had to move back to Canada suddenly in the middle of the pandemic last year due to a family emergency and had to leave my cat with a friend. I have been trying to get my cat back but what I thought would only be 1-2 months turned into 7! Through the whole 7 months, Tim was very patient and has always responded to my emails. I liked how he offered different alternatives for my cat like flying through Dubai and explained options like how flying in a certain week is better, etc. Once the deposit was paid, they started trying to book my cat onto a flight. I feel a bit more communication during this period would have been nice though, even an email saying they haven’t found a flight yet would be nice so I know they haven’t forgotten about me. Once they picked up my cat, I did get one update after he left Melbourne (which I appreciated a lot!) but no more. I had to ask QPS pets in Auckland myself to get an update. But overall I think the PETS team is great and they did give very fair quotes compared to other companies. Tim definitely deserves 6 out of 5 stars for always corresponding with me for the whole 7 months!
